The Pino battery is a lithium LiFePO4 battery with varying nominal capacities @ 25,6Vdc and 51,2Vdc and a lifetime ≥3650 cycles @ 80% DOD. The battery is perfectly compatible with Teca Lithium inverter and the Inti Cedro controller, conforming between them the Inti Lithium Generation Kit. It counts with a smart integrated BMS and RS485 communication that extends the lifetime of the battery and assures its correct charge and discharge along with the Cedro controller and Teca Lithium inverter. The Pino battery also has the option to be connected in parallel to increase the total storage capacity of the system.
The Pino battery synchronizes itself with Inti controllers and inverters being part of the Inti Lithium Generation Kit through RS485 connection, it incorporates the Battery Management System (BMS) to monitor and optimize each unique cell during its charge and discharge seaking to protect the battery from an undercharge, overcharge or shortcircuit through LED alarms ircuito. In general, the BMS crontributes with a precise and secure performance.
  • The battery adorpts LiFEPO4 as a cathodic material; the life cycle of the cells LiFePO4 can reach up to 4000 cycles at a 80% DOD, and 5000 cycles at a 60% DOD at a nominal temperature.
  • The systems adopts a high performance BMS, battery management module. The BMS has the function of protecting the current, voltage and temperature, it also allows the communication between the battery and the main equipment of the system.
  • The monitoring unit will automatically measure the charge and discharge of the battery, the charging or disgarging voltage and the surface temperature of each unique cell.
  • Turn off function. It will turn on an alarm if the voltage of the battery is lower that the stablished on the alarm, when the voltage is too low, it will protect the battery automatically turning off the equipment.
  • It has a smart design equiped with a centralized monitoring module that does the management and can be communicated with the central remote control of the system.
  • Efective combination of control power tecnology through PC, that developes a live monitoring and controls all the parameters and state types.
